Dan concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning, including Wills and Trusts, Estate Administration, including Probate and Trust Administration, Real Estate Law, including residential and commercial sales and purchases, as well as corporate law and litigation.
Dan earned his Juris Doctorate from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School in 1998, and his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Notre Dame in 1991. Dan is a lifelong resident of the Southwest Suburbs having graduated from Brother Rice High School in 1987.
Dan is an active member of the Illinois State Bar Association and currently serves as treasurer of a private foundation which preoccupies much of his free time.
