Tom Scannell concentrates his practice in civil litigation, probate, real estate matters including commercial and residential closings, as well as estate planning, and counseling entrepreneurs. Tom earned his law degree from John Marshall Law School in 1987, his B.S. from Illinois State University in 1983, and is a 1979 graduate of St. Ignatius College Prep.
Tom is the past President of the Southwest Bar Association and Administrative Law Judge for the State of Illinois. He is active in the Southside community having served as a longtime youth coach and the past President of the St. John Fisher Athletic Board and Treasurer for the Evergreen Park Athletic Association. Tom is an active member of the Southwest Bar Association, Catholic Lawyers Guild of Chicago, Beverly Area Planning Association and the Morgan Park Beverly Hills Business Association.
